Collective advocacy for the rights of workers with degrees from foreign institutions
The Immigrant Voice (TIV) defends the rights of internationally trained professionals and supports their equitable integration into the Canadian labour market — in accordance with federal and Quebec policies on immigration and the recognition of professional credentials.
We represent immigrant workers in their administrative, professional and legal processes, and carry their collective voice in the decision-making spaces where public policies are shaped.

The Immigrant Voice (TIV) is a non-profit community organization based in Gatineau, in the heart of the Outaouais region. Since our founding, we have worked to defend the rights of internationally trained workers and to ensure their full and equitable integration into the Canadian labour market.
Our actions are grounded in a solid legal and political framework:
• The Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms (section 17) • The Canadian Human Rights Act
• The Federal Foreign Credential Recognition Program (IRCC)
• The coordinated interministerial action plan in recognition of the skills of the MIFI (2025-2029)
